Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://adamobi.com.ng and any purchase you make from Adamobi Enterprises (RC-8509011) ("Adamobi", "we", "us" or "our"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our services and buy from us.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
Products and pricing
We aim to describe and price our products accurately. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and, unless stated otherwise, exclude delivery charges. We may change prices, product descriptions and availability at any time before you place an order.
Wholesale and minimum order quantities
Some products are sold as wholesale lines with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) and, for verified trade accounts, wholesale pricing. Where an MOQ applies it is shown on the product, and your order for that item must meet or exceed it.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept and confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or we suspect fraud — and where you have already paid, we will refund you.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Paystack. By paying, you authorise us, through Paystack, to charge the amount due. We do not store your full card or bank details. You may also arrange orders and payment via WhatsApp where offered.
Delivery
We deliver within Nigeria through our logistics partners. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct.
Returns, refunds and warranty
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us promptly and we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in line with your legal rights. Warranty periods, where offered, are stated with the product. Refunds are made to your original payment method.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the site, its security or its infrastructure.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or another user account.
- Copy, resell or exploit our content without permission.
Intellectual property
The Adamobi name, logo, site content and design are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by law. You may not use them without our written permission.
Third-party services
Our site relies on third parties such as Paystack, Google and Meta. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.
Disclaimers
Our site and services are provided on an as is and as available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, and we make no warranties beyond those required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims and losses arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order. Please check this page for updates.
