We use your personal data for the following purposes, relying on the legal bases shown:

  • To process and deliver your orders and provide customer support — necessary to perform our contract with you.

  • Sanity — product content management.
  • Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
  • Google and Meta (Facebook) — only if you choose to sign in with them.

  • Email and messaging providers — to send order and service communications.

Legal disclosures

We may also disclose personal data where required to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect our rights, our users or the public.

International transfers

Some of our providers store or process data on servers outside Nigeria. Where we transfer your data internationally, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection, including using providers that offer recognised safeguards and contractual protections.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above. Order and transaction records are kept for as long as required to meet tax, accounting and legal obligations (generally up to 6 years).
